Was sceptical as I hadn't heard of PicStop before, but the delivery was even quicker than expected, the product was the cheapest I could find and exactly as described.

HDD was direct replacement for a mechanical one. It works as expected and boosted the laptop speed. Very good service from seller.

SSD

Was a little disappointed that there were no cables or fixings with the SSD, especially as I had asked if there was anything else I needed to buy in order to install it. Whilst I had a sata data cable free, there was no available power lead, so I had to go out and buy one. This would have been saved if either I had been given the correct information or there was one provided. The SSD worked fine
