Returns and Refunds:
EXTENDED RETURNS - We are extending our returns period on current purchases until 31st JANUARY 2021
We are aware that items purchased during the forthcoming holiday period (between 15/11/20 and 31/12/20) may not have a chance to be used because they may be a present for the big day, in addition to that we also understand that under the current circumstances you may not even get to see friends or family for a while. We want to be as helpful and flexible as we can, so we have extended our returns policy until the end of January 2021 for all purchases made after: 15/11/20
In the extremely unlikely event that not all items of your order are received in an order, you must inform PicStop within 48hrs receipt of the first part of the goods. Unfortunately we cannot accept claims after that time.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment:
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law, Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment is a real environmental problem and so there are regulations in place to help improve the current situation.
- If you buy an Electrical or Electronic item from us we will take back the waste equivalent from you.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is currently increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. Much of the UK's WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health. Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill. Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
Under the Waste Battery Regulations, PicStop are now offering a take back scheme for all portable waste batteries.
You can return your waste batteries to us in person. Please do not post.
