The Sky Watcher Skymax 102 MAK Telescope comes with the EQ2 equatorial mount, which when polar aligned will make it simple to follow things as they move across the night sky with its slow motion control wires.
The Skymax series, the top line of Maksutov-Cassegrains from Sky-Watcher, offers sharp, contrasty vistas with great levels of detail. Maksutovs are compact telescopes that provide astronomers with a big visual aperture, excellent contrast, and long focal length in a package that is generally regarded as providing clearer images than Schmidt-Cassegrains. This plate is then coated with our patented Metallic High-Transmission Coatings (MHTC), creating high-quality optics at a reasonable cost.
