Delivery Information

Delivery Schedule:

We aim to dispatch all orders on the day of ordering, regardless of time of ordering during the working day. Goods can be sent to your registered credit card address or alternatively to another address providing all details are confirmed. Please note that PicStop reserves the right to change the delivery method or carrier without prior notice to an equal or superior service.

Payment is not debited unless stock is allocated to your order and available for immediate dispatch.

Posting and Packaging Rates

  • UK Standard 2-5 Working Days - All prices include delivery
  • UK Next Working Day Royal Mail (orders placed on working days before 12.00 Noon) - Flat Rate £7.99
  • EU (European Union Countries) Royal Mail - From £5.99
Saturday, Sunday & public holidays in the UK are not classed as working days for the purpose of PicStop deliveries.

When & How Will My Order Be Delivered?

  • UK Standard - This service will be carried out by Royal Mail. Please allow from 2-5 working days for this delivery option.
  • UK Next Working Day - This service will be carried out by either Royal Mail or a Courier Service. This service applies to orders placed before 12.00 Noon. Orders placed on a Friday before 12.00 Noon will be dispatched for a Monday delivery. Orders placed after 12.00 Noon Friday and Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on a Tuesday.
  • EU (European Union Countries) - This service will be carried out by Royal Mail & national postal services. Please allow from up to 10 working days for this delivery option. Delivery times are often sooner, country dependent.

What if My Order Has Not Arrived ?

Firstly please check your account or email account for messages from customer support. Secondly please take care to check the above schedule and allow for non working days such as weekends and bank holidays. In the unusual event of a non delivery please allow 10 working days before contacting us regarding UK standard service items.

Signature Required:

Items dispatched from PicStop may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to take delivery you will be left a card notifying you of the attempted delivery by the relevant service agent. If the attempted delivery is by Royal Mail you can request re-delivery or you can pick up from your local sorting office. If delivery has been attempted by a courier service you can pick up the item from your nearest depot. You may need identification and the attempted delivery notification when picking up an item.

Back Orders:

If you place an order for an item that is in high demand your order may be "back ordered" If this happens and stock is not available for dispatch shortly you will be contacted and offered an alternative or advised of the "due in" date for new stock.

Please Note:

Alternative Delivery Addresses:

When requesting delivery to an address other than the cardholders address (the address the credit/debit card that was used to make the payment is registered to) we may require additional verification.

Additional Postage Charges:

Heavy & High Value items such as Tripods and Scanners, being dispatched to remote addresses and addresses outside the UK Mainland may incur an additional postage charge in addition to the amount charged in the shopping cart. We will contact you direct if this is applicable.
