These stylish porro-prism general use binoculars from National Geographic have fully coated optics that guarantee outstanding image quality.
The National Geographic Porro Binoculars 10x50 are suitable for hand-held viewing even at ten times magnification, this makes them perfect for walking, birdwatching, and sporting events.
The tried-and-tested porro prism design gives these 10x50 binoculars a classic appearance with a contemporary twist. These all-purpose binoculars provide incredibly bright images thanks to their large 50 mm objective lenses, even in low light conditions close to dusk.
With a 10x magnification, the subject appears ten times closer than it actually is, putting you right in the middle of the action, even on windy days, The maximum magnification that may be used comfortably without a tripod is ten times. However, a tripod (not included) may be attached using the built-in tripod-adapter thread for prolonged viewing, such as when birdwatching.
Most people have unique eye prescriptions, yet utilising these fantastic binoculars doesn't present a difficulty. The user only needs to set the lenses once, and then the focusing will be set precisely going forward thanks to an individual eye adjustment (dioptre control). The central focusing control then makes it very simple to examine items that are close up or far away.
The lenses feature individual eye adjustment and folding rubber eye cups for those who use glasses. They have a rubber armour coating that helps shield them from the elements.
When not in use, they can be kept in the included protective case for even more security. The kit also includes a useful neck strap, making it the perfect present. The National Geographic 10x50 binoculars are made to last for many years and has an extended 5-Year warranty after online registration

19 November 2022  |

Bought these binoculars to keep in our caravan. The first were faulty but Picstop replaced them straightaway. Very pleased with the new pair
