A week's delay due to lack of stock, but I always order in advance of need - nothing worse than running out of ink in the middle of a session and finding you've got none in the cupboard! PicStop did me the courtesy of keeping me informed, which was much appreciated. Otherwise service reliable and as ordered, as usual.
