Terms and Conditions
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Drivers must be aged between 25 years and 70 years.
2. Drivers must hold a current valid British full driving license and must have held same for at least 24 months.
3. The voucher is valid for 12 months from date of issue
4. The voucher can be used midweek only (Tuesday-Thursday)
5. Delivery & collection of the car anywhere in the UK (excluding Ireland). An additional charge may be applicable to some areas of Scotland
DRIVERS MUST
- Be in a physical condition so as to be reasonably considered capable of driving a performance car safely.
- Not have been convicted of ANY of the following motor offences; AC/BA/CD/DD/DR/UT/XX within the last 5 years or convicted of more than ONE of the following motoring offences in categories CU/IN/LC/MS/MW/PC/PL/SP/TS in the last 3 years.
- Not have been involved in more than one accident in the past 3 years.
- Not be engaged in any of the following:
a) Professional entertainment or sport
b) Foreign service personnel
c) Courier use
DEPOSITS
All hires are subject to dreamcarhire holding a security deposit of £300.
The deposit will be used to cover accidental damage, topping up the fuel tank
if not returned full, any excess mileage charge and any other charges as become
due and referred to in the signed rental agreement.
MILEAGE
There is a mileage allowance per day for each vehicle and any mileage travelled
in excess of this limit will be charged at the excess mileage rate shown on
the tariff card.
REFUELLING
The car will be supplied to you with a full tank of fuel and should be returned
with the same. If returned to us with less than a full tank you will be charged
for refueling at the rate per litre shown on your rental agreement.
FOREIGN TRAVEL
The cars may be used only within England, Scotland and Wales without prior written
consent. If such written consent is given to travel abroad there will be an
additional insurance charge.
PicStop - General Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1. The prize is as detailed on the prize page.
2. Closing date is as detailed on the prize page.
3. The prize does not include costs for transportation, meals, hotel incidentals
or any other costs incurred in the process of accepting the prize unless otherwise
specifically stated on the competition page.
4. Personal travel or medical insurance is the sole responsibility of the competition
entrant.
5. The winner will be picked at random by PicStop and notified by telephone
or email.
6. Only one entry per person.
7. No purchase necessary and no proof of purchase required.
8. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
10. Prize is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances,
the promoter retains the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value.
11. Entrants must be 18 or over and reside in the UK or Ireland.
12. Employees of PicStop, their families and agencies, and anyone directly connected
with the competition are not eligible to enter.
13. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer/prize or discount.
14. Winners may be asked to participate in online marketing activities in conjunction
with the competition.
