The Black Rapid RS-4 Classic Camera Strap is the most innovative camera strap ever to hit the market. Worn diagonally across the torso from shoulder to hip and is adjustable to fit most photographers, the pad on the Black Rapid RS-4 Camera Strap has a mesh underside for comfort and breathability.

The RS-4's smart design is lightweight and low profile. It features a quick access, secure pocket for storing two extra memory cards in their protective cases. Like all R-Straps, the RS-4 is incredibly comfortable and quick on the draw.

Black Rapid's locking FastenR connects the R-Strap to the tripod socket located on either the camera body or the lens. Once connected, your camera hangs upside down, resting securely at your side or in the small of your back, with the lens pointing behind you.

With the camera at your hip or behind your back, you can manoeuvre easily through a crowd, carry a tripod or other gear, or simply have both hands free. When you're ready to take the shot, the camera quickly glides up the strap into shooting position.

Value For Money

Bit pricey but it is quality made. If you don't like carrying a bag around and just keep a spare battery and memory card with you but want to be able to carry your camera easily this strap is for you. That's the convenience part but better than that it has a nifty slide that helps you to bring the camera up to a shooting position really quick but also locks in place at your side. Not great value but a really good product, more than just a camera strap. (Posted on 28/06/2011)
